3. For Android 8~ users 

Please note that there are below limitations on Android 8 and higher devices due to Google's policy - HOME and RECENTS can't be blocked. They appear if you touch the screen bottom. Uninteded operations are mitigated by hiding the buttons when the screen will be locked. - Notification drawer can't be blocked. It appears if you touch the screen top.

You use many types of lock --

i) SHAKE LOCK

Shake locking -
Shake your phone a few times to lock. Good for locking touch quickly

Shake unlocking -
Shake your phone a few times to unlock.

Shake sensitivity -
Threshold: 1 gravity to 10 gravity.

ii) Proximity lock -

Proximity covered locking- Proximity sensor is a small hole typically placed above the touch screen. It reacts when it's covered by something. Your phone can lock automatically by just putting it in your pocket.

Proximity covered unlocking .

Proximity uncovered unlocking -

 Unlock only when a phone was locked by "proximity covered locking." Useful for taking out a phone from a pocket.

 Proximity uncovered force unlocking -

 Unlock regardless of what a phone was locked by. Useful for flip cases

Proximity sensor sensitivity -

 Distance: auto Sensitivity covered: 0.5 sec, uncovered: 0.5 sec False testing: disabled.

 Lock only if dark -

 Uses the light sensor to mitigate unintentional proximity locking. Locks only if it's dark (typically in a pocket) and doesn't lock if it's bright.

iii) UPSIDE DOWN LOCK

Upside down locking -

Lock when a phone is turned upside down, typically when you lower your hand with the phone. Not for tablet devices.

Right side up unlocking -

Unlock when a phone is turned right side up, typically when you put your hand back to original position. Applicable only after locked by "upside down locking." Not for tablet devices.

Upside down sensitivity -

Lock Angle: -40 degrees Unlock Angle: 30 degrees

iv) HARDKEYS  LOCK -

Works only for devices with a hardware back key.

Yes, You can change the lock screen design from the "lock design" menu. This app also allow to make custom lock design with your own photos and images, And also you can purchase lock designs made by designers.

7. Some Recommended settings 

It is useful to turn on the three following settings for locking
-- Shake locking
-- Proximity covered locking
-- Upside down locking

It is safe to turn on only three following settings for unlocking
-- Right side up unlocking
-- Volume up key unlocking
-- Volume down key.

8. Emergency unlocking

When the time is short but you couldn't unlocked your phone, open the phone this way
-- Plug a power to your device
-- Called  your phone and touch it's screen
-- Touch your phone screen 5 times to show other unlocking means.
-- otherwise Login your Google Play account your PC browser and uninstall this app from your device via Google Play.
